Intended for dedicated fixtures or modular nested applications when using these vacuum table workholding solutions with CNC machines.  Cover your MDF porous spoil board with the non-porous tile gaskets to reduce leakage in your vacuum system from tool paths that are being cut, as the sum of 1/4″ holes creates a universal clamping system that holds entire sheets more effectively. 

Use the cover gaskets to cover your entire fixture, allowing you to route parts directly into the gasketing, and then create custom vacuum pocket areas to match the size and shape of your parts.

In Board Gasket is ideal for creating dedicated fixtures for producing repetitive parts. An air-tight fixture optimizes your CNC router's vacuum and ensures secure part holding, leading to increased productivity.  Choose Baltic Birch or HDPS instead of MDF or LDF for an airtight environment.

On-Board gasket is used to quickly create a customized gasket configuration directly on a fixture plate or spoil-board. Great for quick setups, and an easy solution for odd-shaped parts.
